Well this week was unsuccessful in healthy eating. Although I did manage to eat at a reasonable time each night, and ate breakfast, I'm not eating lunch properly. Barely an apple throughout the day. And not enough water.Be that as it may, I lost another 3 pounds this week, to a grand total of 1 stone and 5 pounds!
I'm not holding out much hope over the next few weeks. I currently haven't eaten since 5am as I've been travelling to Italy all day and I'm starving so I'm going to find a pizzeria I think! With doing a show every lunch and evening all week this week, and off to NYC next weekend, it's too hectic to consider food!
