I'm stuck at a plateau at the moment and have been for a little while. However, I've now taken up pilates for a couple of weeks as well, and I'm feeling quite motivated to start losing a bit more!
So here is my current statistics:
Weight: 14 stone 6.8lbs
My measurements are as follows:
Neck: 13" (no change)
Arms: 14" (no change)
Hips: 45.5" (no change)
Waist: 37.5" (increase of 0.5")
Thigh: 26" (no change)
Bust: 43" (loss of 2 inches)
