Last year, although I did increase my weight at times, I was down to 15 stone exactly on Christmas Day; something I was fairly proud of!
My New Year's Resolution this year is to lose 2 stone in one year. I think that's fairly doable. Now I have learned a lot about food, calories and intake ideas, I have a few rules this year:
1. Use of vibro-plate machine for 10 minutes every morning
2. Netball 3 times a week
3. 7 minute workout 4 times a week
4. Have a plate full of veggies and only a small amount of meat
5. Only drinking water and green tea
6. Use a smaller plate for portion control at evening meal
I'm going to weigh myself in tomorrow morning (although I don't think it's going to look too great - gorging over the new year!) and I'm also going to complete all my body fat percentages. This year I will be tracking body fat percentage and weight, more than calorie intake. I will be doing that via MyFitnessPal instead, just to keep track of what I'm eating each day.
