Just to measure to previous weights, I managed to get to 15 stone in October 2014, but then put on weight through November/December and was then 15 stone and 2lbs in January 2015.
My body fat percentage today is: 50.7%. That's a little bit scary.
Whilst calculating my body fat I've also had to do some measurements so:
This was January 2014:
Arms: 16 inches
Hips: 51 inches
Waist: 41.5 inches
Thigh: 30 inches
July 2014:
Arms 15 - loss of one inch
Hips 47.5 - loss of 3.5 inches
Waist 38 - loss of 3.5 inches
Legs 26 - loss of 4 inches!
January 2016:
Neck: 13.6"
Waist: 37" - loss of 1 inch
Hips: 49" - increase of 1.5 inches
Arms: 14" - loss of 1 inch
Thighs: 26" - same
